Job Title:

Senior Business Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to engage with clients, understand their business needs, and design solutions that address those needs.

This role involves pre-sales activities, including positioning and selling digital transformation solutions to customers. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, possess a strong understanding of intelligent/Hyper Automations solutions, and have a keen interest in complementing technologies like Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.

  • Responsibilities include interacting with clients, performing data analysis, assessing processes and systems, and making recommendations on client initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the sales/pre-sales team, supporting RFx's by identifying automation opportunities and designing solutions, commercial proposals, demos, and bid defence.
  • Key responsibilities also include process improvement/Business Process Re-engineering initiatives across the lifecycle stages, diagnosing gaps and issues in existing set-ups, and leveraging Digital technologies to implement proposed solutions.
  • Design customer journeys with a focus on customer centricity and customer experience.
  • Ability to identify issues, understand end-user pain areas, strategize, and curate solutions based on identified issues.
  • Assist in Business Development, proposals, and proposition creation.
  • Comfortable working and interacting closely with C-Suite executives and capable of working independently in a collaborative environment.
  • Required skills include experience in Digital Transformation | Business Transformation | Digital Strategy | Consulting, and Program and Project Management skill is a plus.
