We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business expansion through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of sales experience, preferably in technical products and solutions, with a focus on end-user customers, OEMs, and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential new customers and facilitate the first-time transaction
  • Ensure accurate forecasting to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Engage business enablement resources to maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Represent the organization's brand and vision at customer visits and events

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of successful sales experience in technical products and solutions
  • Documented success in achieving business targets of approximately $3M USD
  • Experience with structured sales plans, budgets, and pipeline management
  • Industry experience from a similar role in the automation industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience and customer-focus attitude more important than formal education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics, or Mechanical engineering with a flair for automation
