
Business Expansion Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for spearheading business growth and expansion initiatives across allocated countries.
- You will collaborate with existing partners to achieve revenue targets for designated regions by analyzing monthly stock forecasts and negotiating pricing/costs.
- Selecting new partners for end-to-end sales cycles and ensuring timely delivery of orders is another key responsibility.
- Exploring new opportunities with government entities for emergency supplies and negotiating special approvals are also crucial tasks.
- Optimizing costs on every order to comply with profitability targets involves conducting cost sheet audits and evaluating portfolios for market entry strategy.
- Providing marketing and conference support to enhance the company's brand image by strategizing and executing marketing plans in coordination with partners is an essential duty.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration from a reputable institution is preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in business development within a pharmaceutical company handling complex business regions is necessary.
- Familiarity with the commercial unit's backend processes and systems is expected.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
