Key Role: Supplier Engagement Specialist

Our organization is seeking a proactive professional to play a pivotal role in supplier success and engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing the experience and lead generation capabilities of suppliers on our platform.

This position focuses on onboarding, guiding, and building strong relationships with suppliers in the oil and gas sector to enhance their experience and growth opportunities. You will work closely with suppliers to introduce them to our platform, communicate benefits, and provide support during profile setup.

  • Supplier Onboarding & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement of suppliers.
  • Response Management: Monitor and encourage timely responses to RFQs, addressing queries and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication and driving long-term engagement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: A preferred background in supplier/vendor management in the oil and gas industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with suppliers.
