Quality Assurance Engineer Role

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product excellence.
  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and identify issues for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
  • Inspect materials, equipment, and processes to meet quality specifications.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to develop controls and improvements.
  • Evaluate workflows, processes, and products against safety regulations.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
  • Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
  • Review codes, specifications, and processes for compliance.
  • Verify incoming and process inspection activities.
  • Train team members on quality best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance/Control, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of 7 QC tools and ISO principles.
  • Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
