Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and testing skills, as well as experience with SaaS platforms and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional and manual testing for web-based applications.
  • Write and execute test cases, create and maintain test documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile teams.
  • Design and implement automated tests using Playwright or similar tools.
  • Understand and test database queries, ensuring data integrity and backend validations.
  • Log and track issues using JIRA and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to testing strategies involving AI-powered components.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance standards are met.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of QA/testing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing principles and functional testing.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database validations.
  • Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
  • Understanding of AI/ML-based workflows in applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/GitHub/Jenkins.
