Senior Business Development Leader Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Leader to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential properties for new store locations across key markets.
Your primary objective will be to conduct market research to analyze demographic, competitor presence, and location viability. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of commercial real estate opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong negotiation and relationship management skills, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred.
The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in business development, specifically in property acquisition for large-format retail stores. They will also have strong knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics and a willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:
