Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Senior Manager (B2B) to join our team in Noida. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an annual business development plan, outlining strategies to drive growth and achieve sourcing targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, exploring partnerships, collaborations, and market trends to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Manage the complete cycle of sourcing and signing new contracts with prospective customers, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Oversee invoicing and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Collaborate with departmental teams to ensure seamless client experiences and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Able to learn quickly and think creatively, with an innovative approach to structuring deals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of any language other than Hindi or English is an added advantage.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹25-35 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
