The Role

You'll be responsible for supporting and driving volume technology hiring for leading automobile companies and high-growth startups.

You'll collaborate closely with consultants and client stakeholders, including founders, engineering leaders and talent teams to execute end-to-end search mandates.

This role offers a solid foundation in headhunting, stakeholder management and market research, with opportunities to progress into a client-facing leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior consultants to develop sourcing strategies and support the execution of technology mandates across engineering, product and DevOps roles.
  • Create robust candidate pipelines for niche and high-impact roles using Boolean searches, social media, talent mapping and other data-driven sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct market research, analyze talent availability and competitor intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of role requirements and target profiles.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in an RPO tech-focused or fast-paced search environment.
  • Experience with volume hiring across engineering, product and technical roles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools and job boards like Naukri/Instahyre/Foundit/LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for sourcing, talent intelligence and building high-performing teams from the ground up.
