Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Branch Relationship Head to lead our team of Relationship Managers.

  • To effectively manage and motivate the RM team, ensuring they meet organizational goals for liability book growth, fee income, and portfolio quality metrics.
  • Guide and mentor RMs to deliver superior customer experiences, focusing on relationship management and business conversions.
  • Ensure RMs are meeting the right customers and following the operating rhythm cadence as defined.
  • Carry out regular supervisory review cadences to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Conduct joint calls with RMs to augment business conversions and address customer complaints and service issues in a timely manner.
  • Foster a culture of portfolio quality by ensuring appropriate customer segment fitment, balance growth, and cross-selling of non-financial and financial products.
  • Drive RMs to establish broad-based customer relationships through connect with 100% of the mapped book.
  • Provide clarity of business objectives to the RMs, monitoring their sales and service processes.
  • Take ownership of KRAs for Mapped RMs and Senior RMs across NR, Priority, and Burgundy.
  • Manage and control attrition in the NTB and ETB mapped books of the RMs.
  • Increase liability book size of NTB and ETB customers mapped to the reporting RMs.
  • Enhance customer profitability by guiding RMs on operating rhythm and sales process.
  • Ensure all customers are accurately profiled, and the right products and investment advisory services are provided by the mapped RMs.
  • Train and equip RMs with data and products to handle customer requirements and service requests.
  • Recruit and train the relationship management team, ensuring timely certifications for all mapped RMs.
  • Collaborate with Branch Heads, Cluster Heads, and Circle Business Managers to design action plans and drive CO agendas, initiatives, and organizational goals.
  • Work with different product teams like TPP, Assets, CBG, RFR etc. to generate business from the mapped book of the RMs.
