- Manage a team of relationship managers to achieve organizational goals.
- Guide and mentor relationship managers to deliver superior customer experience.
- Ensure relationship managers meet the right customers and follow operating rhythm cadence.
- Carry out regular supervisory review cadence.
- Conduct joint calls with relationship managers to augment business conversions.
- Manage customer complaints and service issues.
- Foster portfolio quality by segment fitment, balance growth, and cross-selling.
- Drive RMs to broad-base customer relationship management.
- Provide clarity of business objectives to RMs.
- Monitor sales and service processes of RMs.
- Own KRAs of Mapped RMs and Senior RMs across NR, Priority, and Burgundy.
- Manage attrition in NTB and ETB mapped book of RMs.
- Increase liability book size of NTB and ETB customers.
- Improve product per customer/family by guiding RMs on operating rhythm and sales process.
- Enhance and retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
- Ensure all customers are accurately profiled.
- Ensure right products and investment advisory services are provided to customers.
- Train and equip RMs with data and products to handle customer requirements and service requests.
- Recruit and train relationship management team.
- Ensure timely certifications for all mapped RMs.
- Proven experience as a Senior Relationship Manager.
