Role Overview

  • This is a key leadership position that drives business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

As the Area Manager, you will lead teams to expand our customer base and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in professional loans and business lending to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Professional loan/Business loan.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and channel management.
  • Strong local market knowledge and established DSA network.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-oriented environment.
