Director of Educational Excellence

As an Education Director, your key responsibility will be to develop and implement exceptional educational programs for children. You will serve as the main point of contact for our families and lead a team of educators in delivering world-class care and education.

Main Objectives:
  • Maintaining a safe environment by continuously improving practices, policies, processes, and behaviors that underpin a safety culture
  • Designated Safeguarding Lead for the center
  • Sets the highest standards of behavior across their setting, consistent with the HEART principles
  • Coaches the highest levels of performance from every member of their team
  • Delivers world-class customer service aligned to local customer expectations
  • Ensures high-quality care and education, maintaining internal 'green' audits and external 'good, excellent, or outstanding' regulatory assessments
  • Optimizes performance targets
  • Delivers (or exceeds) occupancy levels
  • Holds up-to-date knowledge of early education and childcare quality standards and ensures compliance at all times, including sound pedagogical knowledge ensuring staff provide effective teaching and learning
  • Develops and executes your nursery strategy to outperform people, quality, and growth KPIs
  • Attends client meetings as required
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Early Years Qualification (Early Years Degree desirable)
