Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and accomplish center-level targets for JEE & NEET divisions, catalyzing student growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize enrollment potential.
  • Boost revenue by aligning sales, marketing, and academic teams, driving collective success.

Leadership Roles:

  • Lead Sales Executives, Marketing Managers, and Center Teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Set clear goals, track performance, and ensure accountability among team members.

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Design and implement BTL campaigns (school/college tie-ups, seminars, roadshows, education fairs, scholarship tests, kiosks, community events) to elevate our brand presence.
  • Drive strong branding and visibility across assigned locations, amplifying our impact.

Business Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned centers, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Coordinate closely between Sales, Presales, Marketing, Academic, and Post-sales teams for a cohesive experience.

Analysis and Strategy:

  • Analyze admissions data and market trends to inform future plans and drive innovation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that fuel growth.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in Sales & Marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role, showcasing expertise and passion.
  • Proven experience in EdTech, K-12 Education, Test Prep, FMCG, BFSI, or Telecom sectors.
