Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Head at our location in New Delhi. The International Sales Head will be responsible for driving international sales, managing sales teams, and developing international business strategies. The role includes maintaining relationships with global partners, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. The individual will lead sales efforts in alignment with our mission and values to expand our educational services globally.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to generate enquiries and sales in various regions worldwide, growing market share effectively.
  2. Lead a team of International Counsellors, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.
  3. Map customer requirements to products/services/solutions that meet end-user/customer needs.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners, building new relationships across every region.
  5. Monitor market intelligence vis-à-vis competition & existing and forthcoming business opportunities, documenting findings in our CRM database.
