  • Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent for our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including referrals, job advertising, direct sourcing, and more. You will also screen candidates for qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure the best possible matches for our open positions.

You will facilitate interview rounds, document feedback, and handle offer issuance to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, you will manage pre-onboarding, including document collection and checklist completion, to ensure timely onboarding of new hires.

Your responsibilities will also include ensuring timely updates on candidate status in our HR system to keep stakeholders informed. You will conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates to assess their fit for our roles.

You will coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to streamline the interview process. Furthermore, you will maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to optimize our recruitment processes.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist in the preparation of job descriptions and interview questions to ensure consistency across our recruitment efforts. You will provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to build trust and improve our candidate experience.

Collaboration with Leads and HR team members is essential to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience. Your goal will be to ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process to establish our brand as an employer of choice.

You will also assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events to showcase our company culture and values. Finally, you will prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to new hires to formalize their employment agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Excel and PPT skills to manage data and present information effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in our recruitment processes.
