
Experienced Demi Chef Required

We are seeking an experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare special meals or substitute items, regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters as needed.
- Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator, ensuring proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
- Maintain accurate records of food prepared and monitor its quality and quantity.
- Communicate assistance needs during busy periods and inform the Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
- Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out-of-stock menu items.
- Ensure the quality of the food items and prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Prepare cold foods and assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Additional responsibilities include adhering to all company policies and procedures; reporting maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; completing required safety training and certifications; and maintaining uniform and personal appearance that is clean and professional.
Requirements:- A recognized degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- No supervisory experience is required.
