Key Results & Strategic Objectives

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the conversion of top-performing dealers to franchise stores in collaboration with the Sales team. This involves shortlisting potential candidates and developing a pipeline for franchise partners.

  • You will work closely with the Sales team to identify and onboard new franchisees.
  • Develop strategies to upgrade existing franchise partners to higher tiers based on performance.

Evaluating Retail Excellence Score (RES) is a critical aspect of this position:

  • You will track and improve RES using DDE across various parameters, including store hygiene, visibility, feedback capture, and POS billing adherence.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of RES at franchise stores to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Create awareness and emphasize the importance of RES among franchisees through regular training programs.

This role also involves driving sales growth and marketing initiatives:

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales of focused products.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of visual merchandising and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns at franchise partner locations to boost brand awareness and sales.

Additional responsibilities include planning franchise launches and coordinating upgrades:

  • You will coordinate launch plans and ensure smooth store openings, adhering to operational standards.
  • Monitor the launch process to identify areas for improvement and optimize future launches.

Maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners and resolving conflicts are also essential duties:

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key franchise partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Resolve conflicts between franchise and non-franchise stores in a fair and timely manner.

Training and development are crucial aspects of this role:

  • You will train franchise staff on company systems, selling techniques, and exceptional customer service.
  • Design and implement regular training programs to improve conversions, upselling, and cross-selling.

Tally and EDC installation, adoption, and management are also vital responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely installation of Tally and EDC machines at new stores, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collect EDC consent forms during the franchise agreement stage and promote system adoption.

Pain Consultant Management is another key responsibility:

  • You will coordinate PC hiring with the Zonal HR team.
  • Drive PC productivity and CRM data capture compliance.
  • Regularly review PC performance to ensure operational efficiency.
