Business Development Director

The objective of this role is to develop and enhance dealership sales and service infrastructure across the South region, ensuring alignment with company brand philosophy and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive plans for enhancing dealership sales and service performance in the South region.
  • Establish and maintain standards for corporate identity and showroom identity programs across the entire dealership network.
  • Lead regular reviews and updates of Dealer standards, including Corporate Identity manuals for Dealers.
Requirements
  • Conducts periodical audits to monitor dealership operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Leads regular reviews and updates of Dealer standards, ensuring that all Dealers are aligned with company objectives.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementing dealer facilities branding initiatives in line with company brand philosophy & strategy.
  • Monitors and maintains dealer compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring that all Dealers adhere to company standards.
