Job Title: Key Account Growth Strategist
The Role:
As a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively connect with direct clients and channel partners through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Deliver training sessions to channel partners at their offices or onsite to enhance product understanding.
- Conduct in-person project presentations, walkthroughs, and client briefings to facilitate smooth pre- and post-sales processes.
- Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in handling presentations, client discussions, and training sessions.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Comfortable with local travel for meetings, site visits, and partner engagement.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable.
