Strategic Partnership Developer

The role involves creating and managing strategic alliances with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to expand business offerings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Identification: Research and analyze potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with business goals.
  • Business Alignment: Evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships with potential partners.
  • Relationship Development: Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.
  • Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate: 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical approach; preferably in Financial Services space either with Banks, Payment Networks, Payment Aggregators, Fintech companies or Mobile and Consumer Durable OEM companies.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Demonstrated history of generating growth by using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Ambiguous Environment: Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.

  • Network: Individual with network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills: ability to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.
  • Team Player: High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
