Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Banking Professional to join our team as a specialist in foreign exchange and current accounts.

This role will involve monitoring market movements, providing timely updates and recommendations to clients and internal teams, as well as managing client banking operations including account openings and closures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for recommending and explaining banking services and products to clients, resolving queries and complaints, and negotiating pricing and charges.

The successful applicant will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and development and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client banking operations, including account openings and closures.
  • Product Recommendations: Recommend and explain banking services and products to clients based on their needs.
  • Query Resolution: Resolve client/bank queries and complaints.
  • Pricing Negotiation: Negotiate bank pricing/charges with clients.
  • Business Development: Identify business opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
