About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with expertise in recruitment, talent management, and HR administration. You will be responsible for implementing and enhancing 4flow's employer brand in India, attracting top talent, and providing exceptional HR services to our local team.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain effective HR processes and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to the local leadership team on HR-related matters.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8-13 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global company.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines.
