Commercial Leader for FMCG

This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding market share for our product lines, encompassing hair care, edible oils, spices, and coconut oil. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives at the ground level.
  • Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and placement in retail outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and customer feedback.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels and timely replenishments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG or a similar industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
