Business Development Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business development initiatives and drive growth in the staffing and recruitment services sector.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in key markets, including the UAE, India, and the US.
  • Nurture strong client relationships by understanding their staffing needs, hiring cycles, and talent market trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for acquiring new clients in the technology staffing domain.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
  • Promote market research, lead generation, and outreach campaigns to expand the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Create and manage marketing content strategies to attract and engage clients.
  • Analyze and report business development metrics, pipeline growth, and revenue achievements to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5–8 years) in business development / sales within staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting industries.
  • Deep understanding of staffing services, recruitment models, and client acquisition in tech domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate business in UAE / GCC markets and India is required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong business acumen, integrity, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital outreach platforms.
