Business Development Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business development initiatives and drive growth in the staffing and recruitment services sector.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in key markets, including the UAE, India, and the US.
- Nurture strong client relationships by understanding their staffing needs, hiring cycles, and talent market trends.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for acquiring new clients in the technology staffing domain.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
- Promote market research, lead generation, and outreach campaigns to expand the client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Create and manage marketing content strategies to attract and engage clients.
- Analyze and report business development metrics, pipeline growth, and revenue achievements to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (5–8 years) in business development / sales within staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting industries.
- Deep understanding of staffing services, recruitment models, and client acquisition in tech domains.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business in UAE / GCC markets and India is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong business acumen, integrity, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital outreach platforms.
