Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid social and PPC campaigns across global markets. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business results at scale.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms. You will work closely with our creative, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that meet or exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social and PPC strategies that achieve measurable growth
  • Manage large-scale advertising budgets across multiple international markets
  • Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and maximise performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5–7+ years' experience managing high-budget PPC and Paid Social campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with performance marketing tools
  • Experience in audience segmentation, attribution models, and conversion rate optimisation
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
