Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description

  • We are seeking a strategic Demand Generation Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives.

This role is perfect for professionals with a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the B2B industrial equipment manufacturing sector.

You will be responsible for driving qualified leads and supporting revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, and SEO.
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Oversee strategies for SEO, SEM, website performance, and paid media.
  • Ai & Marketing Technology: Leverage AI-driven tools for campaign optimization, targeting, and content personalization.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor a small team of digital marketers.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance and the full lead journey.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, with a proven track record of running successful lead-generation campaigns in complex B2B buying cycles.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), and Google Analytics.
  • Core Competencies: A strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and buyer journeys.

Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience working with global teams and certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions are a plus.
