Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries related to orders, including tracking, shipping, and delivery issues. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, including missing or damaged items
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, such as warehouse and shipping to resolve order-related issues
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and order management efficiency
  • Accurately enter orders from Customer Order Form

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in Order Management
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
