Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate customer enrollment in our SAP system, ensuring they are aware of company policies and order placement procedures.
  • Manage the entire order cycle for customers, from receipt to confirmation, invoicing, and delivery.
  • Respond to customer orders within 24 hours and provide timely delivery information within 72 hours.
  • Perform invoicing activities for distributors and customers, accurately capturing schemes, prices, and cash discounts on invoices according to policy.
  • Bridge the gap between demand and supply by systematically processing orders and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Regularly review open orders and take necessary action to service all orders.
  • Provide payment adjustments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Raise credit/debit note requests with proper calculations and attach necessary documents in the workflow.
  • Follow up with accounts for release of credit/debit notes.
  • Raise credit limit requests as per customer/sales request.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with experience in accountancy and proficiency in MS Office. An MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer handling.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Contract Details:

This role will be on a 6-month contract period through a third-party vendor.
