We are seeking an exceptional Design Manager to lead our solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant projects.

As a seasoned professional in the field, you will oversee the design lifecycle from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that projects meet technical specifications, are cost-effective, and adhere to industry standards.

Your key responsibilities include managing a team of engineers and designers, coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders, and developing and reviewing design plans, specifications, and construction documents.

You will also liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to define project requirements, present design solutions and progress updates to stakeholders, and address any concerns and incorporate feedback into design revisions.

With strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, you will implement and monitor quality assurance processes, conduct design audits and reviews to ensure adherence to standards, and collaborate with quality control teams to resolve design-related issues during project implementation.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, at least 10 years' experience in solar PV design and project management of single plants of 100 MWp and higher, and proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup, and Helioscope.
