Job Title: Junior Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Architect to fill this pivotal position at our organization. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural designs and plans.

  • Attend project meetings and communicate with clients, representatives, and engineers to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Analyse architectural designs and prepare detailed drawings, building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • Contribute to concept design, furniture design, and finishing details, developing presentation materials and mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • C coordinate interfaces between Engineering and Project Management teams, ensuring effective information transfer.
  • Assist in researching and coordinating materials and products according to project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and creative individual.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
