Job Title: Structural Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work execution as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • Evaluate compliance with IS codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Resolve technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in site design, land development, and land use permitting
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design capabilities
