We're looking for a skilled and passionate UX/UI Designer who can drive the user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product while taking ownership of our public-facing websites built on Webflow.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both disciplines, capable of creating intuitive product designs in Figma and building complex, pixel-perfect, web experiences in Webflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and research to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven personas and journey maps.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into beautiful user interfaces.
Webflow Development & Management (60%)
  • Design, build, and optimize company websites using Webflow, ensuring exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Architect and implement complex component structures and layouts within Webflow.
  • Manage and structure Webflow's CMS for various content types, ensuring ease of use for marketing teams.
  • Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging web experiences.

Required Qualifications include 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in building complex component structures and sophisticated interactions.

A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design is essential, along with solid communication and collaboration skills.
