About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Experience Designer to join our team. As a Product Experience Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that directly impact the way healthcare and service organizations interact with our platform.

Your primary focus will be on leading the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision.

  • Create high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process for new features and product areas.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product features from concept to launch.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration.
  • Experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries (preferred).
