Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Graphics Design Team Lead to manage the operations of our graphic design & quality control team.

As a leader, you will oversee the production of print media materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, and promotional communications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in graphic design and print media, along with strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Graphics Designers and QAs that create production-ready assets for digital and print media.">

You will be responsible for overseeing the production process for all print media materials, ensuring all design projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on design projects.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes.">
  • Conduct regular sample quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.">
  • Address any design discrepancies or quality issues promptly and effectively.">
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.">

Other key responsibilities include creating templates and style guides as required for new projects, developing and implementing strategic design operations plans to enhance team productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success. You must also stay updated with industry trends and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field, along with 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media, and expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
