Job Title: Spatial Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled spatial designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating architectural designs, managing design projects, and overseeing the design process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and oversee the design process to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain high-quality design standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Spatial Design and Architecture skills.
  • Experience in Design Management and Construction Drawings.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
