We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Design Specialist to join our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design: The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of interior design principles, including spatial planning, color theory, and materials selection.
  • Experience in Interior Designing: A minimum of 1 year of experience in interior designing is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time.
  • Project Management and Coordination Abilities: Strong project management and coordination skills are essential for this role, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Creative Visualization and Skills: Excellent creative visualization and skills are required, with the ability to bring designs to life through sketches, renderings, and prototypes.
  • Education and Background: A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, with relevant coursework in design software, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Design Software and Technology: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Vray is mandatory, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Communication and Teamwork Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Commercial and Residential Design Experience: Experience in both residential and commercial design projects is an advantage, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
