We are seeking a distinguished professional to assume the role of Professor in our Department of Pharmacy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, practicals, and tutorials at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. They will also mentor students through academic advising, project guidance, internships, and placements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching and learning: Deliver lectures, practicals, and tutorials in core and allied areas of pharmacy (pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, etc.).
  • Mentorship: Mentor students through academic advising, project guidance, internships, and placements.
  • Research and innovation: Conduct independent and collaborative research in cutting-edge areas of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Curriculum development: Ensure curriculum compliance with PCI/UGC/AICTE guidelines.

Eligibility criteria for this position include:

  • Qualification: Ph.D. in pharmacy (or allied specialization) with first-class honors at bachelor's or master's level (B.Pharm/M.Pharm).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, of which 5 years should be as associate professor.
  • Research profile: Minimum 10–15 quality publications in indexed journals, with record of guiding doctoral students.

  • Strong subject knowledge and updated expertise in emerging areas of pharmacy.
  • Research-driven mindset with grant-writing and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
