**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales Executive to join DGPRO TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD at Jaistambh Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities within the office, providing product information to customers, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and provide detailed product information.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Manage incoming inquiries through in-person visits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Maintain and update sales records and reports.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0 to 4 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
