Lead a cross-functional development team as an experienced Scrum Master.

We are seeking a motivated individual to lead and coach our development team using Agile/Scrum best practices.

  • Facilitate daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide the team on Agile principles, remove blockers, and ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to prioritize and maintain a well-defined product backlog.
  • Help the team deliver high-quality software in a timely manner by promoting continuous improvement and process efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and trust within the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation and communication skills, a solid understanding of Agile principles, and a technical background in modern web application development challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with teams developing applications (.NET).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Technical background or hands-on experience with front-end and/or back-end development.
  • Experience in enterprise application development environments.
