Team Lead (Healthcare - US Staffing)

Location: Vadodara (100% Onsite)

Experience Required: Min. 6+ Years exp. (1-2 Min. as TL)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of US Healthcare Recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based Healthcare roles (W2, C2C, 1099) across multiple clients and industries
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters
- Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
- Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms
- Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams
- Comfortable working in night shifts aligned to US time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling VMS clients or direct clients in the US

• Exposure to IT skill sets across domains (cloud, infrastructure, dev, data, etc.)
