Job Title: HR Associate Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an HR Associate Partner.

  • This role is responsible for managing associate life cycle in our fulfillment center network.
  • You will maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports, engaging with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity.
  • A key aspect of this position is proactive sensing of ER issues and grievance handling.
  • Additionally, you will be able to use HRIS tool for downloading reports, uploading roster, etc.
  • You will ensure Payroll accuracy for associates within the FC assigned by partnering with manpower agencies.
  • Another important responsibility is co-ordination with Recruitment and ERC Team.
  • This role also involves statutory compliances and ensuring Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances.
  • You must have high presentation, reporting and team player skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and power point is essential.
  • You should demonstrate consistent customer focus, highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
  • Consistent effort, strong commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed is crucial.
  • You must be a strong team player, act like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
  • This role also involves processing and auditing of Contractor Services and Invoices at regional level.
  • Basic supplies such as Uniform, pantry, lockers, etc will be provided.
  • Engagement Activities such as Birthday celebration, Monthly Learning Activity, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will also manage vendors and cafeteria services.
