Job Title: HR Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled HR lead to spearhead our organization's human resources functions.

About the Role:
  • This senior-level position entails leading plant-level HR activities, overseeing large workforces, and negotiating union agreements.
  • The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
  • A proven track record in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee plant-level HR activities, encompassing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Maintain positive relationships with employees, union representatives, and management, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance productivity, and improve employee experience.
  5. Analyze data to inform HR decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
  • Proven track record in union negotiations, settlements, and conflict resolution.
