BPO Manager Position

As a key member of our team, the BPO Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our disability management claims process. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct a team of 20 members in achieving productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure highest standard of service delivery in terms of productivity and quality as per defined Service Level Agreement with Client
  • Provide leadership and support to staff assigned in line with Policies
  • Contribute to development of strategies for implementation and improvement of process
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure duties, activities, and tasks allocated are carried out efficiently
  • Verify and review all forms and documents of a case for errors, missing information, legibility, and request follow-up information as required
  • Perform quality checks on all work to assure accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date information on relevant databases and monitor and audit same for account
  • Display effective and professional communication with internal and external customers
  • Always adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality policies

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in team handling, excellent communication, team management, and customer management skills, as well as good knowledge of client-specific process rules and regulatory requirements.
