Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Designer to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive master plans for Airport Real estate. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of urban design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex urban design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Feasibility Study: Generate creative and innovative urban design concepts that align with project goals, budget, and timeline.
  • Master Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive master plans for Airport Real estate, incorporating demographic, economic, and geographic data to inform planning decisions.
  • Design Management: Collaborate with external consultants and internal project teams to develop detailed master plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Analysis: Utilize data analysis and stakeholder engagement to inform planning decisions and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Academic qualifications include B. Arch & Masters (M.Arch) in Urban Design from reputable institutions. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Urban design, design management, and/or Master planning projects is required. Proficiency in building and planning codes, as well as expertise in designing sustainable urban spaces, is essential. Additionally, strong project management skills, effective communication, and collaboration are crucial for success in this role.
