Job Title: Interior Space Planner

We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Space Planner to join our team. As an Interior Space Planner, you will be responsible for designing and planning interior spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to think creatively, and have a strong understanding of spatial relationships and design principles.

Responsibilities:
  • To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure by working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables, including creating Modular designs based on conversations with clients.
  • To own an end-to-end Project lifecycle, from initial consultation to project completion.
  • Regular Site visit to ensure timely completion and satisfaction of clients.
Requirements:
  • Graduation / relevant Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience 06 Months as an Interior Designer.
  • Led and delivered minimum 2 to 4 Residential Modular KWS projects.
  • Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
  • Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
  • Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
  • Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
  • Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
  • Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
