Architectural Visionary

We are seeking an exceptional Architect to lead complex design and planning projects, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and strategic impact.

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver large-scale architectural or urban design projects across various phases.
  • Manage and mentor design teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive studio environment.
  • Act as a strategic leader in shaping project narratives, client relationships, and design direction.
  • Presentation of design concepts and strategies to clients, communities, and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Collaboration with internal and external consultants, including engineers, planners, and public agencies.
  • Drive innovation in sustainability, equity, and resilience within the built environment.
  • Contribution to business development efforts through thought leadership, proposals, interviews, and client outreach.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in architecture, urbanism, policy, and technology to inform forward-thinking design approaches.

About the Role

  • Professional degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Up to 10 years of experience in architecture and/or urban design with a strong portfolio of built and visionary work.
  • Candidates with a background in government and institutional projects are preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
  • Licensed Architect or eligible for licensure preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex urban, civic, mixed-use, or infrastructure-oriented projects.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and inspire design excellence.
  • Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant design tools.
  • Deep understanding of zoning, planning codes, and policy frameworks.
  • Experience engaging with public agencies, community groups, and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
