Job Opportunity:

AI Leadership Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to lead our team in architecting and scaling intelligent systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in designing efficient architectures and implementing complex parts of the product.
  • They will also take ownership of delivery timelines, coordinate complete development, and manage infrastructure for product releases.
  • A successful AI Engineer will communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design cost-efficient architectures aligned with the overall architectural vision.
  • Implement major/complex parts of the product.
  • Take ownership of delivery timelines and coordinate complete development.
  • Pre-plan and scale infrastructure for product releases.
  • Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graphs.
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale).
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
