Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to lead our design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Develop and implement detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations, showcasing expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
  • Innovative Design Thinking: Drive design-thinking initiatives, infusing creativity and innovation into architectural projects while surpassing traditional drafting methods.
  • Planning and Execution: Manage planning and development of design concepts, integrating artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Working & Detailed Drawing Expertise: Execute Working & Detailed Drawings with precision, overseeing project compliance and design integrity.
  • Rendering Mastery: Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.

Additional Skills (preferred but not mandatory):

  • Proficiency in additional design and rendering software/tools.
