HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Marketing Team . We are looking to fill the Creative Lead position based in Ahmedabad.

Position/Profile Title: Creative Lead

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field; a master's degree or certifications in design or creative leadership is an added advantage.

Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a creative/design role, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or managerial capacity.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Creative Direction (Define and Drive the Brand's Visual Identity)

Set and evolve the visual and tonal language of the HyFun brand across all platforms-digital, retail, packaging, B2B, and corporate. Ensure that the brand's aesthetic is consistent, modern, unique, and adaptable to various formats and audiences.

2. Team Leadership (Mentor and Manage the Creative Team)

Lead a multidisciplinary team including designers, copywriters, video editors, and content creators. Foster a collaborative, high-energy creative environment that encourages innovation, timely delivery, and team growth

3. End-to-End Oversight of Creative Projects

Take ownership of all creative deliverables—whether for retail campaigns, ATL/BTL ads, social media, packaging, or internal communications. Ensure every project meets brand standards, objectives, and deadlines.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with brand managers, product teams, sales, and marketing agencies to understand briefs and business goals. Translate these into strong visual and storytelling outcomes that resonate with the target audience.

5. Creative Quality Control (Maintain High Standards Across All Creatives)

Review, refine, and approve all visual and verbal communications created by internal teams or external partners. Ensure all output is brand-consistent, visually appealing, and impactful across mediums (digital, video, print, etc.).

6. Innovation and Trend Integration (Drive Creative Excellence Through Innovation)

Keep an eye on design, media, and platform trends—both industry-wide and category-specific. Encourage the team to experiment, adapt, and create fresh, breakthrough work that keeps HyFun ahead of the curve.

7. Creative Development (Be a Hands-On Design Leader)

Inspire by example—actively contribute to the design and creative process when needed. Be a mentor not only in direction but in execution, offering support and guidance to elevate the overall creative output.
